Setiap perusahaan selalu berusaha dapat memperoleh keuntungan yang besar. Salah satu cara dilakukan oleh adalah menekan biaya dikeluarkan. proses memerlukan besar logistik dan dua per tiga ini berasal dari persediaan transportasi. Permasalahan transportasi pada perspektif supply chain perlu dipertimbangkan bersama agar memberikan hasil optimal. dimodelkan dalam inventory routing problem (IRP). Pengembangan model IRP masih terdapat gap dengan kondisi nyata. Model dirancang belum ada membahas terkait Multi-product Multi-warehouse Inventory Routing Problem (MMwIRP). MMIRP mempertimbangkan jenis barang dikirimkan beragam beberapa gudang memiliki berbeda periode waktu. Hasil didapatkan setelah menyelesaikan jumlah kendaraan digunakan, banyak setiap dikirimkan, rute perjalanan dihasilkan kendaraan, berdasarkan rancangan serta di lokasi.
